Pepi is composed of the aromatic Petit Manseng grape variety and the elegant Pinot Blanc grape variety. The result is a fresh wine with well-integrated acidity. Its subtle aromas make it an ideal accompaniment to food or simply to enjoy on its own.

Vinification: harvested by hand, small bins, gentle pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and ageing in steel, no malolactic fermentation

Cultivation: no use of herbicides; sustainable and in harmony with nature
