Petit-Ge from South Tyrol

Petit-Ge

Produced using the ancestral method, with only one fermentation instead of two in the "metodo classico", using the two grape varieties Pinot Blanc and Petit Manseng. Elegance, delicacy and pleasant freshness meet aromatics, minerality and invigorating acidity. Whether as an aperitif, with various antipasti or light but also spicy dishes, Petit-Ge is characterised by its versatility and adaptability.
