Sauvi-Ge from South Tyrol

Sauvi-Ge

Naturally cloudy, juicy and not quite as classic as our wines are known to be – yet a certain consistency can be recognised. This is a PetNat made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The exotic aroma gives the wine a pleasant fruitiness, which is wonderfully complemented by the light perlage. A beautiful new interpretation that also makes a good accompaniment to food.
